Village Lot 5
SMA Architects has been engaged to put together this 92-unit condominium project inspired by the geological vernacular of Hyalite Canyon's Palisade Falls, Villages Lot 5 is primarily composed of stalwart brick "towers" and a central "waterfall" of window glazing at the front entry. Beyond this eye-catching moment are several resident amenities designed into common areas; a fitness gym, a central lounge anchored by a two-story fireplace, a library, and individual areas for working or relaxing. Directly adjacent to these is a large outdoor deck space that takes full advantage of the dominant views of the Bridger Mountains and Indreland Audubon Wetland Preserve to the northeast. The landscape design incorporates picnic and gathering areas, as well as native plants and xeriscaping.
The Villages Lot 5 features six different condo types, ranging from 600 SF to nearly 1400 SF; from studio spaces up to 3-bedrooms. This thoughtful mix of types and the variations within them will accommodate a wide range of owners and renters, providing a welcome housing option for the greater Bozeman community.
