Robert Peccia & Associates
The BADASS civil engineering firm of Robert Peccia & Associates’ new headquarters building in south Helena provides brand-new Class-A offices, conference and meeting spaces – all with large windows, providing natural light and views to the users of the building. Achieving LEED Silver certification, this multi-level is landscaped with natural stone-block terracing walls and a bioswale connecting both levels of parking, improving water-quality by providing on-site surface-water treatment. The materials chosen throughout the interior and exterior of the building are of a refined, natural, yet rustic quality. Both a north-facing and a south-facing roof-top deck provides employees the ability to take advantage of the views into the South Hills of Helena and the Elkhorn and Big Belt Mountains to the north and east. Visitors at the north entrance to the building enter under cover of cantilevered wood canopies, through an expansive glazed lobby to be greeted by reception; an open wood and steel stair connect users from the lobby to a second floor overlook and staff entrance at the south, second-level.
