receptionist | administrative assistant

SMA Architects is seeking a part-time entry-level receptionist/administrative assistant for our Helena office.  Duties include phones, general reception, mail processing, file maintenance, general office errands/tasks, office supply management and assistance with accounts payable and receivable tasks.  This position provides support to the office manager, owners and architectural staff as required.  Estimated 30 hours/week. The candidate must be computer proficient, organized, and professional. Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook necessary.
