administrative assistant | receptionist
SMA Architects is seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist in our Helena Office.
This position performs administrative support to both the Helena and Bozeman office by answering phones, interfacing with clients and customers to direct them towards information and individuals, filing and maintaining records, running office related errands, taking stock of office supplies and purchasing, coordinating with support services outside of the office, helping with marketing events, opening/cataloging the daily mail, and maintaining a professional looking office space and assisting staff as needed.
Candidates must have good organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, be able to speak on the phone and in person comfortably, be self-motivated, and have previous experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel). Experience in Adobe InDesign a plus.
Position is paid hourly based on experience and skill level; with Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k available upon successful completion of eligibility requirements.
