PureView Health Clinic Renovation
In 2012, the PureView Health Center received a grant to renovate and expand their facilities in hopes of increasing the number of patients served by the clinic.
SMA teamed with Bjerke Architects on the renovation and addition. The clinic was redesigned and reorganized for efficiency of space and task. Updates were made to the reception areas, exam rooms, nurse's stations, the dental clinic, conference room and office spaces. In addition, the oldest portion of the building was demolished and rebuilt with a basement and second floor, adding much needed square footage to the clinic. With these changes, the center is able to accept 3,000 additional medical patients as well as 1,500 additional dental patients. This renovation took place while the clinic continued to see patients. Careful coordination was required in order to keep the building operational throughout construction.
