One 11 Mixed-Use Development
Serving as the Architect of Record for One 11, a mixed-use building being developed by HomeBase Partners, SMA was responsible for the design and construction administration of this 5 story, 54 unit apartment building. Included in the design is a common lounge, ski/bike storage room complete with a custom work bench, meeting rooms and two ground floor tenant spaces. Located 3 short blocks north of Main Street, these spaces were specifically designed to activate the street front with uses tailored for the residents, their guests and the public.
This building seamlessly flew through the City planning approval process, as a neighbor to the old Bozeman hospital which has since been converted into a four story apartment building and located within the B-3 zone planned for density adjacent to Historic Downtown Bozeman. The apartment units are designed to house the MSU students, young professionals and empty nesters of Bozeman’s growing population in an ideal location. Weeks away from the start of construction, One 11 is slated to be Bozeman’s most popular Downtown apartment building.
