Three of SMA's leaders named in Helena's 20 Under 40 People of 2025

SMA is proud to have 3 amazing recipients of the 2025 Helena Chamber of Commerce 20 Under 40 Awards!

This award recognizes nominated individuals in the Helena community who display strong leadership qualities both in the workplace and in the community. On July 17th, SMA Associate Principals, Kaelyn Clarke, Nicole Anderson, and Ali Martin (from left to right in the photo above) were honored for standing out not only as leaders within our firm but also as leaders in our Helena community.

Nicole serves as our Director of Project Management and has been with SMA for the past 8 years. Her cheery personality, dedication, and ability to bring people together consistently brighten our office and inspire her colleagues.

Kaelyn has been part of SMA for 11 years and was the first Interior Designer to join our team. Today, she leads our Interior Design department, guiding a team of six interior designers on projects ranging from healthcare and commercial to military and education. Her leadership and creativity help set the tone for excellence in every project.

Ali has been a valued member of SMA for 14 years and serves as our K-12 Education Lead. Her expertise and commitment to education projects have made a lasting impact on not only our clients but also the students and communities we serve.
