Continuing the revitalization of Butte’s Stodden Park, the new Highland View Golf Course Club House replaced the outdated and functionally obsolete clubhouse.

The new clubhouse design includes a single-story building of approximately 5,700 square feet of space which includes two golf simulators, a full kitchen/ restaurant which will operate year-round, pro shop, and public meeting space.  The site is located in the heart of Stodden Park and  anchors the south end of the park and vehicular circulation. The clubhouse is sited near the 1st hole tee-off box and 9th green of the par-3 course. In addition to the new clubhouse, the existing Proshop was converted into golf cart storage with a locker room and golf bag storage area.

In conjunction with the clubhouse and cart storage building, golf course infrastructure improvements are also included.  These are considered some of the final pieces to the major revitalization of of Stodden Park.
