Gallatin Hall, a four story suite-style residence hall was designed with the upperclassman in mind. The building consists of two, three and four bed type suites to accommodate the variety of student housing needs at Montana State University. The building completed the quad are of the ‘headwaters complex’ and was aptly named Gallatin Hall after the Gallatin River, one of three headwaters to the Missouri River. The building design takes advantage of views of the Bridger Mountains to the east, particularly in the ‘sky lounge’ located on the fourth floor. The project emphasized sustainable building design and living and has achieved LEED® Gold.
