Many of the projects that Rick and the SMA staff have been involved in start with either a PAR (Preliminary Architectural Report) or a study to identify the problem, a program of the needs, possible solutions, and costs for each solution, all of which provide the client with objective information for the decision-making process.
His most recent projects have involved military and industrial service buildings, municipal and public works projects, educational facilities, specialized health care, historic preservation and renovation commissions.
