SMA is working with the Board, staff and residents of Havre Eagles Manor to put together a Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR) while the facility is occupied. The PAR is addressing deferred maintenance issues, the needs of the facility to support daily activities and functions, and facility comfort and energy efficiency, while maintaining a sense of family and community within the facility.
