Peter has worked on the assessment and renovation of many facilities, including the historic Daly Bank in Anaconda, Montana and the historic Montgomery Ward Building in Missoula, Montana – an extensive multi-story tax credit project – in both cases working with the client and the State Historic Preservation Office. He is also familiar with the multiple funding and review agencies often necessary to complete projects.
Currently, Peter is working with Anaconda-Deer Lodge County to help restore the exterior sandstone masonry on the County Courthouse. He has conducted historic research, incorporated appropriate innovative building methods, and coordinated between the owner and contractor to ensure the stabilization of the exterior of the courthouse, including the lantern house.
