As a founding principal & managing architect in
Schlenker & McKittrick Architects, P.C., John is involved in all areas relating to the practice. He has been principal-in-charge of a variety of projects including schools, office buildings, housing complexes, laboratory and medical facilities and a multitude of military design projects. His broad experience assisting public agencies with the successful passage of construction bond issues make him a valuable asset on any publicly funded project.
In addition, John’s expertise on long range planning studies can be invaluable in helping clients determine the most cost-effective solutions for their projects.
John’s passion for historic preservation is reflected in the multitude of projects that he has been involved with over the years, such as the Anaconda - Deer Lodge County Courthouse, the Lewis & Clark County Courthouse, the Jefferson County Courthouse, the Montgomery Ward Building, and many others across Montana.
